Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Trade Found and covers both physical products (NFC cards) and digital/marketing services (SEO services).

1. NFC Cards (Physical Products)

  • Returns: You may return unused NFC cards within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and condition.
  • Faulty or Damaged Items: If your cards arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace them free of charge or issue a full refund.
  • Customised Orders: Refunds are not available for personalised or customised NFC cards unless the product is faulty.
  • Return Costs: Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

2. SEO Services (Digital Services)

  • Service Commitment: SEO is an ongoing process, and results cannot be guaranteed within specific timeframes.
  • Cancellations:
    • You may cancel your SEO service with 30 days’ written notice.
    • Payments already made are non-refundable, as the work is carried out in advance.
  • Refunds: Refunds are not issued for completed or ongoing SEO work. If you believe the service has not been delivered as agreed, please contact us to discuss a resolution.

4. Your Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
